Dr. Bapuji Salunkhe established an institution named "Shree Swami Vivekanand Shikshan Sanstha". On 19 October 1954 in Karad city on the banks of Krishna-Koyna river with the slogan of "Spread Education for Knowledge, Science and Culture".
